It was Charles and Emile Reutlinger who took the early risqué photographs of performers in "bodysuits"
The introduction of the bodysuite nudes became a great succes because the "real nude" stuff was not available to the large public. Other French photographers took over the idea and the first public and authorized photographical nudes where born !
Emile had one son, Leopold. He was born on March 17, 1863 and was raised in Callao, Peru.
